This is located in town, only 4 blocks from the oceanfront and I think 5 blocks from the main square.. It has beautiful gardens and comfortable rooms with a terrace where they serve you breakfast as well as an outdoor grill, and common kitchen area you may use, but not golf - its a B&B whose owners, Luis and Elaine, and really nice. At only $38-42 a night including tax and breakfast, I think its an excellent value.
They have air conditioned doubles and suites, as well as rooms with just fans (this is what I picked, the second floor has a wonderful breeze)

I haven't been there yet but have researched and talked to former guests, as well as an ongoing dialogue with both of the owners over email - they answered me within an hour of my email, and their rates are really low, even for in town. I will be there from Jan. 28 thru at least Feb 1, maybe I'll see you!
