I'm trying to help a buddy plan a group (~20) trip to Cozumel, and we're looking for a nice set of villas. I was looking at Hacienda Gloria - seems perfect for us - but I'm a little nervous now, given the post mentioning "horror stories". Is this place any good? Better yet, is there a *must stay* place for a group our size?? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
